 Jewelry (Excluding Fine Jewelry)

All sales are final for our regular jewelry, excluding fine jewelry. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.

However, refunds or replacements may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged upon delivery.
  • Immediate proof of damage is provided.

 

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted.
  • We reserve the right to deny a refund or replacement without proof of purchase and proof of damage.
  • This policy applies to any product shipped, picked up, or delivered.

Fine Jewelry: Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy for our Fine Jewelry. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

 

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

How to Start a Return:

  • Contact us at contact@amadijewelry.com, or log in to your account and initiate a self-serve return.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Options for Returns:

  • Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method.
  • Store Credit: Opt for store credit, which will be issued as a gift card to your email. Gift cards do not expire.
  • Exchange: Choose to exchange the item for another one. Once the return is accepted, you can use the store gift card to purchase the new item.

 

Exchanges:

  • To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process. Once your return is accepted, you will receive a store gift card via email, which you can use to purchase the new item.

 

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at contact@amadijewelry.com.

 

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon receiving it. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items:

  • Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders, personalized items, and made to order items). Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
