Warranty FAQs
Our warranty covers defects in manufacturing or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date you receive your item.
A manufacturing defect includes issues like breakage or missing stones that occur under normal use and are due to flaws in the manufacturing process.
These defects will be confirmed once we review the photos/videos you submit with your claim.
To file a claim, please send an email to contact@amadijewelry.com with the following information:
- Full Name
- Order Number (Four-digit number)
- Subject Line: WARRANTY CLAIM
- A brief description of the defect
- High-quality photos or videos clearly showing the defect (Note: We cannot process your claim without these images/videos).
If your item develops an issue that you believe is due to a manufacturing defect within the 1-year period, it may be eligible for a warranty claim. Defects must be related to manufacturing or workmanship, and this will be determined based on the photos or videos you provide.
Once we receive your email, our team will review the details and the images/videos you provided. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps, including how we will address the issue.
The warranty period starts on the day you receive your item. And it ends one year after such date.
