Processing Time: 3-5 Business Days. Shipping Time: Varies depending on location and shipping method. Priority Shipping is available at Checkout. 

For 'Pre-Order & In Stock Products in Separate Packages' Shipping Option:

In-Stock Items will ship out in 3-5 business days. Pre-Order Products would be shipped on Pre-Order Ship date. Each package would take 3-7 Business Days to arrive.

Please keep in mind that the estimated shipping time frames are impacted by your selected shipping method, and does not account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions. Package Protection Insurance is included for all orders, and is the best way to quickly resolve shipping issues including damage, theft or loss that may occur within transit of your package. Once your package has been accepted and scanned by the your selected shipping method carrier, we are not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur during the transit of your package. Each customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to international shipments. We have no control over these charges and are not responsible for any actions taken by customs or delivery services.

 
Each customer is responsible for keeping track of their order package(s). Tracking numbers are emailed to the email provided on the order after it has been processed.

SHIPPING ADDRESS INFORMATION

Please make sure to submit your correct shipping address. Refunds will not be issued if the package is sent to the wrong address. Once the package is marked as invalid address and returned to us by the shipping carrier, there will be a $9 redelivery fee to reship your order. This process may take up to 4 weeks.
